These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Redecta browser extension, web applications, and SaaS services. By using Redecta, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Redecta services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

Redecta provides tools designed to help users interact with AI tools more securely by detecting and masking sensitive content.

Redecta may update, expand, limit, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

3. User Accounts

Users who create an account must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Protecting account credentials and login information is the user’s responsibility.

You must keep your account information accurate.
You are responsible for risks arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
You should notify Redecta without delay if you suspect unauthorized access.

Redecta may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or security reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may use Redecta services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Service.

Attempting to reverse engineer the service
Trying to bypass technical limitations
Uploading or distributing malware or malicious code
Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
Attempting unauthorized access to others’ accounts, data, or systems

If such use is detected, Redecta may restrict, suspend, or terminate service access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain Redecta features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan scope are presented at the time of purchase.

Plans may be billed monthly or annually.
Where applicable, subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
Taxes, legal charges, or payment provider fees may apply.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Redecta does not store full payment card data in its systems.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel subscriptions in line with the applicable plan terms. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future renewals.
Fees for used periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Redecta may suspend or terminate an account or subscription for violations, misuse, or legal obligations.

7. Service Availability

Redecta does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security incidents, third-party dependencies, or technical reasons.

Redecta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Software, design, branding, logos, content, and other intellectual property associated with Redecta belong to Redecta or the relevant rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the service without authorization.
Brand assets and logos may not be used without written permission from Redecta.
These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

9. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redecta services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Redecta makes no express or implied warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or any specific outcome.

Users access and use the service at their own risk.
Redecta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Where permitted by law, Redecta’s total liability may be limited to fees paid by the user for the relevant period.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Changes to the Terms

Redecta may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version takes effect as of its publication date.

Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
