This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions purchased for Redecta.

Redecta is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides privacy-focused data masking solutions for AI tools.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The service has not been substantially or abusively used.
The service could not reasonably be used due to a technical issue that Redecta could not resolve.
An incorrect or duplicate charge was made.
Applicable consumer protection law provides a refund right.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Unless required by law, refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

Requests made after the 7-day refund period.
The current billing period has been substantially used.
The subscription was canceled after the renewal date.
The account was suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of the Terms of Service.
Promotional, discount, or campaign terms clearly state that refunds are unavailable.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund right for past billing periods.

5. Refund Processing

Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable time after receipt.

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method or another method supported by the payment provider.

Banks, card networks, and payment providers may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider.

6. Policy Changes

Redecta may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Updates become effective when published on this page and will not be applied retroactively in a way that conflicts with applicable law.
